Administrative Support

D2DInc provides administrative support in conjunction with our other services. Administrative support services include clerical, data entry, desktop publishing, and telephone support services. Services include:

  • Word processing: formatting, copy fitting, layout and design of new and existing documents such as reports, manuals, correspondence and articles
  • Desktop publishing: creating business forms, stationary or marketing materials
  • Performing clerical duties: word processing, data entry, and general office correspondence
  • Creating and maintaining documents, reports, publications, presentations, and proposals
  • Data management: developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheet and data entry for both
  • Managing office logistics:
    • Answering and routing telephone calls
    • Opening and processing incoming and outgoing mail
    • Maintaining calendar and scheduling meetings/appointments
    • Creating and managing files
  • Event planning: registering attendees; securing/scheduling conference room for meetings, conferences, etc; handling travel arrangements; and coordinating audio visual and/or training equipment; and ordering refreshments/meals
  • Accounting: reviewing and submitting contract invoices to government and prime contractors including the review of employee timesheet hours against prepared invoices
