What exactly is SBS?
Design To Delivery Inc (D2DInc) created the Small Business Superstore (SBS) to help businesses grow by providing access to US government customers for their products. This allows the SBS to resell a wider variety of products to the federal government using D2DInc’s designation as a small, economically disadvantaged woman-owned business. The SBS Community was created to support theses businesses and provide training and networking opportunities.
As part of the SBS Community, member products are added to D2DInc’s General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), and uploaded to the GSA Advantage portal. This portal is available to all US Federal Agencies to buy products. Additionally, we are developing the SBS Marketplace page on D2DInc’s website and will add the SBS Community Member products once it goes live.
Our SBS Community is unique in that we are offering the government a one-stop-shop of a variety of fully vetted small business products.
What government agencies does the
SBS market and sell to?
The SBS primarily markets to US Federal civilian and defense agencies, but may also market to State and Local government agencies. We are creating opportunities within the SBS Community for members to network and potentially sell to each other or to partner on commercial projects.

When a company becomes a SBS Member, their products are added to D2DInc’s GSA Schedule and they become part of the SBS Community. Members have access to D2DInc’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who have direct knowledge of marketing and selling to government agencies, and they get access to our SMEs expert knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and multiple agency regulations, policies, and procedures.
