The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Greater DC Chapter has installed the 2019-2020 Chapter Board of Directors. Diana Dibble, of Design To Delivery Inc, installed as Chapter and Board President. The NAWBO Greater DC Chapter Board continues to be comprised of women business owners based across the Washington, DC Metropolitan area representing a variety of business industries and sizes. Each board member brings their individual perspective, and also stands behind NAWBO National’s one mission to help women business owners (WBOs) scale through education and community support, while also advocating for national economic policies.

I joined NAWBO in 2016 and became part of the NAWBO Circle and it absolutely impacted me as a business owner,” said Diana Dibble, NAWBO Greater DC Chapter President. “Through NAWBO I am able to interact with women who own similarly sized businesses and exchange ideas to positively affect our businesses; as well as interact with newer business owners and become a resource for these women. I have strengthened my leadership skills and re-ignited my passion for helping other businesses grow.”

“As President of NAWBO Greater DC, my goal is to inspire our membership to get more engaged in their industry, their business, and other Chapter members by offering additional programming and resources. We are strengthening and developing partnerships with other organizations and sponsors; and will use our combined resources to offer even more services and events for our WBO community,” continued Dibble.

Diana is originally from the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. In 2001, Diana co-founded Design To Delivery Inc (D2DInc), a government contracting firm, along with her business partner, Molly Gimmel. The company is based in Bethesda, MD with operations in 5 states. She began her government contracting career in 1987, and prior to co-founding D2DInc she worked for several companies in a variety of capacities.

Under Diana and Molly’s leadership, D2DInc has won numerous awards including being recognized as an Inc 5000 honoree for 4 consecutive years. They are co-authors of “The Ins and Outs of Government Contracting.” She is also a Board Member for ART Fitness LLC based in Delaware.
