Acquisition Reforms Debated at US Senate

The defense authorization bill currently being debated in the Senate drew a veto threat from President Obama, partly because of proposed aquisition reforms. The bill would make organizational changes in the Pentagon and DCAA, among other changes. You can find more information here.
