Code of Ethics

Customer interests ahead of our own

Our basic responsibility is to put the interests of our customer ahead of our own and to serve our customers with integrity and competence.

A proven record of strong ethics

We are particularly proud of our ethics. We have never violated customer confidence, disclosed a competitor’s trade secret, or claimed that we can exert special influence over certain persons or agencies to ensure the award of a contract.

We know that we are being hired for independent judgment and objectivity, technical expertise, professional skills, and concentrated attention to project performance. We will provide those skills. We will be impartial.

We guard the confidentiality of all client information. We do not take financial gain or any other kind of advantage based on inside information. We will not serve two or more competing clients on sensitive problems without obtaining the approval of each client to do so. We inform our clients of any circumstances that might influence our judgment or objectivity.

Project scope

Before accepting an assignment, we confer with you to understand the project scope. Such preliminary consultations ensure proper planning, accurate schedules, and fair pricing.
